In 1999, Dunham Trust Company (“Dunham”) was founded on the simple idea that cultivating highly personal service would result in exceptional trust administration.

We've come remarkably far in the last 20 years and continue to innovate for the benefit of the families and communities we serve by holding to the same personal service-based ideology on which Dunham was founded.

Dunham Trust Company acquired Adagio Trust Company in 2009 and the personal trust business sectors of Provident Trust Group of Las Vegas and Cache Bank & Trust of Colorado in 2015.

In 2019, growth continued with the addition of Guardianship Services of Nevada (GSN) to the Dunham family. This acquisition enhanced Dunham’s offerings by adding talented guardians and case managers who will support our clients when assistance is needed most.

Whether coordinating a personalized support team or facilitating a multi-million dollar business exit, building lasting relationships has been and continues to be our key to sustained success. Dunham Trust Company President Ann Rosevear says, “Two decades ago, our founder sought a solution in the trust services marketplace for wealth protection and asset management based upon a willingness to serve and work with, not compete against, trusted financial, tax and legal advisors. Since that time, our referral relationships has grown exponentially from coast to coast. It is the foundation of our success."

As we greet the future, we will strive to promote the personal connections between our Dunham teammates and colleagues and to excel at trustees for our invaluable clients.

For You. For Them. For Generations To Come.

Now for the present!
