The Dunham Asset Allocation Program (AAP)

Professional portfolio management built on fairness and accountability. The Dunham AAP is a comprehensive investment solution that combines institutional-quality sub-advisers with our proprietary strategic asset allocation methodology. Using advanced models alongside the expertise of our Investment Committee, we build balanced portfolios across multiple asset classes.

More than diversification – true strategic allocation

Access 15 asset classes managed by up to 13 institutional asset managers.

Managers are generally chosen through our 10-step due diligence process.

Our sub-advisers are compensated based on performance — they earn more when they outperform, and less when they don’t.

Asset Allocation Program

With Dunham AAP, you and your clients gain access to institutional-level resources, high-level investment strategies, and comprehensive back-office support — all designed to help solve complex client challenges and strengthen advisor-client relationships.

The compensation of Sub-Advisers is tied directly to the performance of funds relative to applicable benchmarks. Dunham serves as adviser and distributor of the Dunham Funds and as such, receives an additional fee. Some sub-advisers may receive a fee regardless of whether they meet or exceed their benchmark.
